Daily Zoom Heartfulness Meditation with Petra
Heartfulness Meditation is a simple way of freeing your mind, forgetting about daily anxieties, and focusing on mental relaxation. It is the process of continuous focus on one object for a prolonged period of time. It is a gentle, subtle method which does not require any force or pressure on the mind. The result you gain out of the practice is increased concentration and focus.
You can attend one of the three sessions or all three sessions during the seven days of the week: 7am, 1 pm and 7 pm. Links to the Zoom classes are below:
In this Introduction to Meditation and Stress Management class you will learn simple stress solutions related to the COVID-19 situation to improve your health. Learn the Heartfulness way of meditation by experiencing a heartful state of emotional poise, peace, and joy; being mindful through your heart, and learning methods to access inner resources of your heart.
Heartfulness Meditations are guided by Dr. Petra M. Schweitzer, Practitioner and Trainer
